1. Terms of Sale – Booking Modification/Cancellation Policies
a. The customer may modify a daily reservation once, by sending a request via email to info@cabotobeachclub.it at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date, selecting a new date subject to the facility’s availability.
b. The customer may cancel a daily reservation and receive a fullrefund, minus any fees charged by credit card companies or banking institutions, by sending a cancellation request via email to info@cabotobeachclub.it at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival. If the cancellation is made 48 hours before the arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued, net of any transaction fees. No refund will be given for cancellations made 24 hours or less before the arrival date.
c. Customers who have booked a stay of more than one day may cancel their reservation under the following conditions:
- 2 to 3 consecutive days: Written notice to info@cabotobeachclub.it at least 72 hours in advance is required. A full refund will be granted, net of transaction fees.
- 4 to 5 consecutive days:Written notice at least 72 hours in advance is required. A 50% refund will be granted, net of transaction fees.
- More than 5 consecutive days: Written notice at least 72 hours in advance is required. A 40% refund will be granted, net of transaction fees.
- Full season bookings: Cancellation must be communicated in writing to info@cabotobeachclub.it by March 15th of each year. A 60% refund of the deposit paid upon confirmation will be granted.
2. Terms of Sale – Cancellation Policies Due to Bad Weather
a. Definition of Bad Weather:
Bad weather is defined as adverse weather conditions that make staying at the beach unfeasible for the entire day (from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm), such as persistent rain. Reference weather conditions will be based on reports from Civil Protection and Meteo Toscana Nord-Ovest, available on their official websites.
In the event of adverse weather conditions occurring after the start of the service (e.g., a sudden storm), no refund will be issued, unless the facility is forced to close for safety reasons.
b. Cancellation Due to Bad Weather – Daily Bookings:
Daily bookings and bookings for up to two consecutive days may be cancelled due to verified bad weather as defined above, by notifying in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival to info@cabotobeachclub.it. Customers can choose between a full refund or a voucher of equal value to be used on another date, subject to availability.
If no request is made, the service will be considered as used and non-refundable.
c. Cancellation Due to Bad Weather – Stays Over Two Consecutive Days:
No refunds are provided for bookings exceeding two consecutive days in case of bad weather. The bad weather cancellation policies outlined above do not apply in these cases.
